Sales Operations Manager

Our client is looking to hire an advanced Sales Operations professional who will take their sales operations processes to the next level and improve the efficiency of their sales strategy. This person will leverage their Salesforce.com org to optimize and analyze all sales data and reporting. They will be responsible for identifying areas of system and process improvement with the overall goal of increasing revenue and streamlining their sales processes.

Other responsibilities may include:

  • Administering and maintaining Salesforce.com and leveraging the platform to manage opportunities, assist users and sales teams, assign territories, forecasting sales, set quotas, etc.
  • Data maintenance and report & dashboard creation in Salesforce
  • Sales and pipeline analysis
  • Creating sales training/onboarding programs
  • Creating and manage documentation
  • Creating weekly reports
  • Acting as the point of contact for the sales operations team
  • Over 2 years as a Salesforce.com Administrator (management, configuration, and maintenance experience, along with the ability to analyze and optimize sales/business processes within the system)
  • At least 5 years in a sales operations role
  • Reporting tools experience (e.g. Tableau)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong analytical + problem-solving skills paired with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Data analysis experience
  • Project management and multi-tasking skills
  • Full-time, salaried position
  • US citizenship/permanent residency required
