Salesforce Administrator

Our client, a leading nonprofit located in the Arlington, Virginia / DC Metro area, is looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join their team. This individual will be responsible for supporting and training Salesforce users, advocating user adoption, staying up-to-date on releases and AppExchange offerings, managing and cleaning data, and administering all customizations, configurations, and general changes to the platform. They will also be asked to create reports for management, integrate 3rd party applications, take care of all troubleshooting needs and act as the go-to Salesforce resource for the organization!

  • Must obtain the Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Must have 3-4 years of full-time experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Must have experience administering and customizing Salesforce
  • Must be able to create reports & dashboards
  • Great technical skills paired with strong communication skills
  • Experience with Pardot or other email marketing platforms is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce NPSP is preferred
  • Analytical, detail-oriented mindset with a strong ability to organize and prioritize
