Looking for a chance to be the owner of at a small-medium sized business? Look no further! Our client in Tacoma, Washington is looking for a full-time (permanent) Salesforce Administrator to join their team and streamline Salesforce for the company. This person will be responsible for setting the best strategy for optimization of Salesforce and utilize best practices from start to finish. They will also work to increase user adoption, provide top-notch training and support to all users, and be the go-to Salesforce expert and evangelist.

Other responsibilities will most likely include:

  • Maintain/support Salesforce applications
  • Take care of user, profile, and role configuration and object/field/record/page layout customization
  • Improving existing business processes and implementing new ones
  • Salesforce data management
  • Manage third party applications integrated with SFDC
  • Creating, maintaining, and managing reports & dashboards
  • Improve and implement new functionalities
  • Collaborate with all users/stakeholders to gather requirements and meet their needs
  • Documentation as needed
  • Be the go-to Salesforce expert!


  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator
  • Experience with customer database management/maintenance
  • Experience with reporting and data analysis
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • You are a great communicator, you write and speak clearly and concisely
  • Awesome people skills, you can get along with anyone!
  • You don't require constant guidance/instruction; you can work independently and be proactive
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Salesforce certification(s) preferred


  • Full-time, salaried position
  • Onsite in office M-F
  • Great employee benefits and some remote flexibility
