Our growing client is looking for a data-driven Salesforce/Sales Ops Administrator to push enablement, drive data efforts and support the admin and operational needs of their Client Success team, including setting up and administering Salesforce.com. You'll work internally and externally, coordinating with Sales, CSMs and Finance to measure and report on overall customer health including action plans, status updates, open opportunities, renewals, and special projects as it relates to supporting the customer experience. 

The right candidate for this role will be a hands-on and dedicated professional who is committed to helping the company run efficiently and successfully. You’ll report to their Head of Customer Success and work closely with the CEO to help reach business and revenue objectives.

What you'll be doing...

  • Configure, customize, manage account set up, and maintain accounts in Salesforce
  • Set up Salesforce processes on the backend
  • Run their Customer Support function including overseeing Zendesk system
  • Oversee, organize and ensure data quality and integrity
  • Conduct data deep dives to identify opportunities that will improve retention and growth
  • Track and report KPIs and OKRs; produce regular retention and forecasting reports
  • Configure, customize, manage account set up, and maintain accounts in Salesforce
  • Maintain customer renewal process by managing contractual negotiations
  • Manage customer invoicing and collaborate with Finance on month-end deadlines
  • Act as the in-house expert and power user of their business tools
  • Remain flexible and wear many hats to help meet growing and changing needs of a high growth start-up

 

Job Requirements

 

  • 4+ years experience in sales administration/operations with a strong track record of leveraging data and systems to increase retention or growth
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce infrastructure and architecture
  • Direct experience managing and administering Salesforce.com 
  • Proficient in Excel and SQL and comfortable aggregating and manipulating data sets
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for solving problems
  • Well-organized, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize
  • Strong communication, both spoken and written
  • Ability to work effectively across functions and teams within a growing company
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
