Salesforce Administrator

Our client in the New Haven, CT area is looking for a full-time Salesforce Administrator to join their team! This person will be wearing many different Salesforce hats day-to-day. Some of these tasks will include: 

  • creating and customizing reports and dashboards
  • managing, supporting, and training users (remotely and in person)
  • pricing & quoting
  • data integrity and management
  • documentation
  • fields/rules/layouts configuration and customization
  • leads and opportunities management
  • user adoption tracking

In addition to their Salesforce duties, this individual will also be responsible for some other systems/website administration as needed by their manager and team.

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Experience administering other business systems 
  • You work well with small, collaborative teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent organization, writing, training, and people skills
  • IT or Finance background is desired
  • Onsite, full-time position
  • Client cannot provide sponsorship at this time
