Job Description

Our client in Manhattan seeks a professional Salesforce Administrator who will be the Salesforce owner and SME and go-to for their 40+ users... promoting adoption, staying updated on releases and AppExchange products, delivering training and troubleshooting, and more!

They need someone who can maximize efficiency and leverage all functionalities Salesforce has to offer based on user and stakeholder needs. The ideal candidate will have solid technical and communication skills who can communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to interpret their requirements and enhance their org. 

What you'll be doing

  • Serve as the key administrator Salesforce

  • Proactively seek out and identify needed improvements and collect feedback from users

  • Manage and create all processes that impact / relate to

  • Create and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns and other objects and functions

  • Handle ongoing customizations and changes in

  • Maintain, enhance and create workflows, functions and configurations

  • Create reports and dashboards per request

  • Provide various data tracking metrics to management

  • Increase adoption, advocate Salesforce best practices, and always work to further enhance the user experience

  • Documentation 

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years as a full-time Salesforce Administrator

  • Strong knowledge of CRM concepts
  • Administrator (ADM201 and ADM211) certification desired

  • In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC

  • Solid reporting background using standard reporting tools in SFDC

  • Proven ability to utilize as a sales analysis tool
