Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Remote Position, NC 27587 | Fully Remote TELECOMMUTE US
Tech2 is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team! The ideal candidate has a proven track record of exceeding goals and has an unyielding desire to achieve. While individual goals are important, the instinct to help others is necessary as well. The SDR will support the sales side of the business by building out markets; overseeing work performed by an offshore vendor; creating, maintaining/updating and sending email campaigns; creating and updating LinkedIn projects and any necessary follow up.
Here Is What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing structured, purposeful marketing campaigns based on a target audience for securing new clients and job orders
- Data aggregation and organization follow with outbound communication on behalf of the company and sales dept.
- Setting up alerts from all primary job boards for all types of positions placed
- Making and scheduling phone calls for sales dept.
- Developing structured, cyclical email and LinkedIn inmail campaigns
- Managing email sequences for any live job posting created by offshore team
- Entering all data from offshore team into ATS
- Managing and cleaning all data related to client side of the business
- Asking questions when you have them!

Here Is What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of corporate sales experience
- 1+ years of experience with email marketing
- In-depth understanding of entire MS Office Suite
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
- Professional level verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to make high volumes of cold calls/reach outs if necessary
- BS/BA in business or related field
- Someone who can’t wait to share things on social media, maintains a high level of energy and has a great sense of humor!
