Our client in the media industry is seeking a Salesforce SME who will work as part of the Product & Engineering team supporting the Ad Sales, Marketing and Finance departments. They need a go-to Salesforce expert to collaborate with stakeholders and users, gathering their requirements, providing training and executing necessary enhancements to the platform. This person will be responsible for promoting/increasing adoption and staying updated on new releases, products, solutions, etc. 

Primary responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Act as the primary Administrator @ the company, including all typical day-to-day SF Admin duties
  • Be proactive in identifying necessary system improvements and efficiently rolling out new features
  • Maintain, manage, and configure the platform without interruption to the user
  • Effectively communicate changes and best practices to users
  • Gather requirements and focus on enhancing the user experience
  • Configure and streamline functionalities to meet and exceed business needs
  • Create and maintain fields, custom objects, profiles, views, reports, dashboards, workflows, campaigns and other Salesforce objects and functions
  • Continuously ensure data and process integrity


  • 2 or more years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of CRM best practices
  • Strong reporting and data analysis background
  • Must be a Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC
  • JIRA and Agile proficiency is desired
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Great communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude
  • Self-starter that can manage multiple tasks at a time and stay organized
  • Our client is a medium-sized company in the media industry, founded in 1920s
  • Onsite in New York City (Midtown Manhattan)
