Job Description

Our client in Charlotte, NC is looking for their next #AwesomeAdmin! They're looking for someone that will provide Salesforce support across the organization and optimize all of the features and functionality Salesforce has to offer to increase productivity and ensure platform success. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot existing 3rd party integrations with Salesforce
  • Administer and configure Salesforce and its applications to meet the documented business requirements and workflows 
  • Regularly upload and manage data
  • Understand the business challenges and opportunities of the organization, and identify improvements in systems and processes 
  • Support ad-hoc projects as needed 
  • Train users
  • Stay on top of of emerging technology trends for CRM + Salesforce

Job Requirements

  • B.S. Degree
  • 3 – 5 years administering
  • Natural ability to learn new tech quickly 
  • Broad knowledge of technology solutions and packaged/cloud-based applications  
  • Salesforce certifications a big plus 
  • Excellent task management, organization, and presentation skills  
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
