Job Description

Our Client is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to play a key role in delivering the company data analytics strategy. In this role, the Salesforce Admin will work closely with the Business Systems Manager to execute the overall functionality and administration of the system.  

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • General administration of Financial Services Cloud and Einstein Analytics
  • Administrative tasks such as User record management, new Fields, Page Layouts and Objects, Workflow Assignments and Validation Rules, Process Builder and Email & Mail Merge Templates
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards and processes
  • New User setup and User deactivation
  • Keep up to date on new releases and their impact on the org
  • Work on executive and board level reports with Business Systems Admin Manager
  • Assist with development of training materials and documentation
  • Identify, diagnose and resolve end user problems and configuration defects
  • Explore and evaluate the bank’s customer experience program

Job Requirements

  • 2-4 yrs. Salesforce administration experience
  • 2-4 yrs. data analytics experience
  • Salesforce Admin Certification required
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • degree in Data or Analytics, or business-related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
