Job Description

Our Client, an international environmental services company in business for over 80 years, is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to help support SFDC implementation across the organization. This position will primarily concentrate on Sales Cloud, lead management and data architecture. Experience managing complex implementations with multiple technologies, vendors, platforms and business processes. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Gather requirements and create KPI reports for global Org 
  • Manage Sales Cloud and support implementation 
  • Integrate Salesforce with different data sources 
  • Provide support to users and perform necessary maintenance for offsite/other locations 
  • Create custom dashboards, workflows and other general customization 
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders 

Job Requirements

Requirements: 

  • BS or BA in business or related 
  • 5+ years of Salesforce Admin experience 
  • 3+ years customer-facing experience 
  • Preferred experience with Marketing Cloud 
  • Certifications Preferred:  Administrator, Marketing, Consulting
