Salesforce Administrator

Our client in the Financial District of SFO is looking for an experienced, hands-on Salesforce Admin to provide support, maintenance, and improvement of their Salesforce platform. You'll be tasked with managing user setup, profiles and roles, fields, object customizations, record types, page layouts, templates, validations, and ensuring data integrity. You'll serve as the go-to person for end-user Salesforce issues. This role will also assist with process and workflow documentation creation and improvements including the mapping and automation of tasks, applications integrations, data management and reporting to ensure the company is leveraging for efficiency and effective client management.

You will...

  • Provide Salesforce admin support to all users, including training and presentations 
  • Work with users and vendors to document and resolve issues
  • Develop and create customized reports and dashboards and workflows, provide process improvement
  • Develop effective methods to keep users informed about system functionality and enhancements
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, protocols, application configuration and help-related materials for users as applications are developed
  • Maintain system stats to track trends in usage and data integrity
  • Periodically run data maintenance procedures to enhance data integrity and system functionality
  • Implement and maintain 3rd party apps
  • Keep track of Salesforce release features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements (while also increasing user adoption)
  • College degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as Salesforce Administrator with technical implementation, day-to-day operations, and long-term maintenance
  • Salesforce Admin certification preferred  
  • Able to multitask and prioritize, and juggle multiple projects at the same time
  • Experienced with providing remote technical support via screen share, email, and phone
  • Customer service-oriented and comfortable working with all levels of staff
  • You are happy to learn new skills and stay current with rapidly changing technology
  • You can work independently and as a member of the technology team
  • You can communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
