Or, ready to take on the next step in your consulting career?  Our client, a Salesforce.com implementation and support partner since 1995, is hiring a Sr. Salesforce Consultant to lead client engagements and help them reach their Salesforce goals.  This person will support Project Managers and Account Managers in the design and implementation of solutions for Clients from start to finish.  The Sr. Consultant will quickly build positive relationships and be confident in his/her ability to provide consultative advice.

Responsibilities Include:

• Lead and manage multiple client engagements
• Provide clients with Salesforce roadmaps
• Requirements gathering, documenting, designing and building solutions that meet client’s objectives
• Collaborate with internal resources both technical and consulting across all projects
• General administration tasks for clients
• Help clients streamline their org by explaining the value prop of potential features
• Design complex custom reports, dashboards, and processes on the Salesforce platform
• Attend sales calls as a solution provider to help close deals
• Assure deadlines are met
• Train end users and stakeholders on your solutions

• 4+ yrs. experience in Salesforce administration
• 2+ yrs. as a Salesforce Consultant
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Salesforce process design and object modeling knowledge and experience
• Expert collaborator
• Salesforce Admin Cert, Sales and Service Cloud consulting Certs as well
• Project management experience preferred
• Strong organizational, verbal and written skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Business acumen and good understanding of common business practices
• Positive Attitude
